Gorgonzola-Stuffed Figs Wrapped in Prosciutto

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Reduce the vinegar, sugar and pepper flakes to 1/3 C, then cool.
  2. Brush each side of the figs with the vinegar reduction, top with some cheese, then wrap in Prosciutto. Grill or broil the figs until the Prosciutto is slightly crisp.
  3. Plate, drizzle with more vinegar reduction, garnish with Parmigiano, and serve.
